THE ENVISAGE™ EXERCISES
The program that accompanies the Envisage™ Exerciser has been clinically developed and tested by physiotherapist Anita Lorelli, inventor of the Envisage Exerciser.™
Your package includes full instructions for all the exercises , including the Cheek Lifter , the Chin Smoother and others.
These exercises target the wrinkles zones of the face: the areas around the upper eyelids, lower eyelids, cheeks, and mouth.
You'll see real results in just a few weeks if you do your Envisage™ exercise program daily for five minutes . For faster, more dramatic results, do two periods of exercise daily.
You can Envisage™ while doing another activity - watching TV, reading or looking at the computer. After one month, one exercise period per day will continue to improve on your new, refreshed look.
There are other things you can do to complement a facial exercise toning program:
• Don't smoke - smoking induces and accelerates
wrinkling of the facial skin.
• Block harmful UV radiation - wear hats and use
sunblock
• Follow a balanced diet and drink plenty of water.
• Follow a program that balances resistance exercises
(e.g., weights) with aerobic exercise
(e.g., walk, run, swim) at least 3 times per week. |

| Droop Defeater - Eliminates droop in upper eyelids. Position the Envisage™ resisters on the outer edge of the eyebrows. Pull forehead muscles up to top of head to contract. Feel a mild tension from the Envisage™ resisters Hold for a count of five seconds, then release. Repeat 10-15 times. |
